I saw the movie too, but I do not think, that it was very interesting. But the more people, the more tastes as we say :-)
I have a quite small family. I always liked their company and for a longer time I did not see them, so I went to see my uncle one weekend with my aunt. So I saw all my close family from fathers site including my uncles wife (she is a very kind women with a characteristic smile - loud one, but I really missed it), his two children with their partners and his mother in law (a great women too, she is more than 80 years old, but still very hustler and has good mood every time, even if she had a hard life). And just few days ago I went to a shop, where my father cousin sells some expensive furniture, so she has not much customers and we were speaking together for about an hour and I quite enjoyed it. So I could say, that I quite like my family (except of my grandmother), even if I do not see mothers family often. Every one is unique and when we all get together, we always have a good time.

Pune has always been more modern than nashik, they have universities for more than a century.
Peshwas ruled from Pune (i may be wrong).
More Brahmin population since centuries.....
All this makes a difference.

But i agree that, we should be happy that Nashik is evolving....

Need to subscribe to your blogs, how do i do that?

I read your blogs, not all but in brief and glad to read about your ambition to become a good writer and I think your are also from Nashik. So I suggest you write on www.nashikit.com. Website offer author role to persons who are interested in writing. After receiving author roll you get lot of power on nashikit.com. You can upload images, create pages in any category, create a forum and start community discussion, publish news, write a story and collaboratively you can also write a book to.
I think you enjoy nashikit.com.

He he he. It's so nice to see our place from high above, isn't it? I was equally ecstatic when I found my small town. I spent a lot of time searching for my home, my relatives' homes, my school and everything else!
